These jazz backing tracks represent a considerable amount of time and effort from myself and my colleagues. I would like to give a big personal thank you to all my friends, whose profiles appear elsewhere in this site, for their skills, help and advice, without which these jazz and swing backing tracks would not be what they are now.
I hope also that this collection of jazz and swing backing tracks will be of assistance to anyone who is interested in improving their jazz improvisation skills, and, equally importantly, their ability to state a melody with precision and feeling. As mentioned previously, jazz and swing backing tracks are not as easy to come by as pop standards playalongs. Hopefully I have done something to fill the gap!
